Important items to bring include: Sun screen, hats, and other sun protection. Sunglasses are important. If you have polarized lenses, this is very helpful in reducing the glare of the sun on the water, which makes fish easier to see. Bring any desired snacks, food, beverages (alcohol is permitted). Please no glass containers. There is dry storage area to stow day bags, overhead quick access phone storage, and plenty of cooler space for your drinks and any food needing to be kept cool. Please take into consideration of motion sickness prior to trip.

There is not a proper toilet aboard Betty Lou. Here are your options: A five gallon bucket with a toilet seat attachment can be used for females or the other obvious reason. The captain and crew can all go to the opposite end of the boat, turn up the music, and face the other direction. Another option is to go how you would at the beach, in the water.
